Scientific Disclaimers
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. All Technology Remains Hypothetical
The Electro-Kinetic Frictionless Cascading Drive (EFCD) and all related concepts described on this website are proposed research hypotheses only. No physical prototype has been constructed. No empirical performance data exists. No device has been built or tested.
2. No Energy Performance Claims Are Made
EKTL makes no claims of net energy production, over-unity performance, perpetual motion, or any specific efficiency, output, or cost savings. All statements regarding potential performance (zero fuel, zero emissions, long lifespan, etc.) are anticipated characteristics subject to validation and have not been demonstrated.
3. Compliance with Fundamental Laws of Physics
The EFCD is explicitly designed to remain fully consistent with the laws of classical mechanics, electromagnetism, and thermodynamics. EKTL acknowledges that static magnetic fields are conservative and cannot perform net work over a closed cycle. The open-loop flux path and cascading mechanism are areas of theoretical investigation only.
4. Results Will Be Published Regardless of Outcome
EKTL is committed to scientific transparency. All non-proprietary modeling results, university feasibility studies, and experimental findings — whether supportive or not — will be published on this website. Negative or null results are considered equally valuable to the scientific community.
5. Not Investment, Financial, or Commercial Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation to invest. This is a research laboratory website only. Any funding sought is non-dilutive grant funding for scientific research.
6. Intellectual Property Status
Detailed geometric parameters, atomic alignment methods, and certain flux-path geometries are maintained as trade secrets. Provisional patent documentation is under preparation. No granted patents exist at this time.
These disclaimers are provided to ensure complete transparency with grant agencies, academic collaborators, and the public. EKTL’s mission is rigorous, hypothesis-driven research — not premature commercialization.
